When McKesson won a major customer initiative project which required approximately 25 new employees to support. A.C.Coy worked closely with the Client to determine specific skills and cost matrix based on a contract to hire solution.

A.C.Coy sourced, screened and presented over 70 professionals for contract positions within a six week timeframe. Positions included software engineers, technical trainers, support engineers, graphic designers, business and database analysts.

As a result, 90% of the consultants were offered and accepted full time employment at the end of the initial contract period.

Thermo Fisher Scientific

Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. (NYSE: TMO) is the world leader in serving science.

Thermo Fisher utilized over twenty different vendors to support the staff augmentation processes. As a result, Thermo Fisher was unable to fully leverage their spending and negotiate consistent terms across vendors.

A.C.Coy was selected to implement our Optisource Web Sourcing Workflow solution. Optisource allowed the Client to directly interact with the A.C.Coy recruiting team and quickly identify three exceptional staff augmentation candidates within a 48 hour time frame.   Furthermore, the negotiated A.C.Coy augmentation costs represented a significant financial savings compared to previous outlays.

Oreck

Oreck Corporation produces and sells vacuums, steam mops, floor machines, air purifiers and cleaning products for use in both hotels and homes throughout the U.S., Canada and parts of Europe.

Oreck insourced a customer support application and needed to quickly source 10 to 20 professionals to support this new application.   A.C.Coy worked closely with the Client to determine appropriate skill and psychological testing which would ensure success within the newly formed support group.

A.C.Coy created an initial list of 120 potential candidates then shortlisted into a group of forty to further evaluated. Within two weeks, a group of 12 A.C.Coy support professionals were engaged by the Client.     As a result of this effort, Oreck was able to inhouse a customer support application without the addition of full time staff within 30 days.
